</br> I have a public list for customers and a private list for my workers – every time a subscriber subscribes to my public list (id “1”, added via [newsletter_form lists= "1"]) they get also added to the private workers list (id “2”).
</br> What can I do to have the client only subscribe to the customer list id 1 and never to worker list id 2?Hi, please check on lists management panel if that list is set as “preset”, probably that is the problem.
Hi Stefano, thx for the message, I checked and none of the lists have been set as preset.
Now I set the customer list as preset but the problem persists. I am happy to check any other ideas! Thank you.
