Hello, premium customer, but cannot find the Priority Support, so here we are, hoping for a speedy reply.
We have set up TNP and are using tracking. However, the URLs in the email are a random subdomain, url3324,ourdomain.com, instead of just ourdomain.com. So all of the links in the emails including signup confirmations and newsletter links, are broken.
The WordPress site’s main settings are correctly set, and I cannot find any setting that would be rewriting the URLs to that subdomain. Help!
