Hello, my unsubscribe button links have never worked. My readers get frustrated and I look unethical for not allowing them to unsubscribe. Please send me the step by step unsubscribe set-up instructions. Thank you.
There is not an unsubscribe shortcode. The tag {unsubscribe_url} can be added in each newsletter you created to generate a personal link that start the cancellation process.
Which shortcode are you using and where?

Hi, create a newsletter using the drag and drop composer. In the footer the is the “profile”. Send a test and use the link in the newsletter you receive: the profile page opens with the unsubscription link, if you are using the default settings for the progile page.
Or, change the profile link to be {unsubscription_confirm_url} (as is). Send a test and click the link in the newsletter you receive. You should see the goodbye message.
If not let me know what is actually appearing, since the defaults in your bog has been changed.
