    Good Day. I trust this day finds you well.

    I am working on a clients site. We do not host the site We had a problem with getting it up and running as he had around 15 newsletter plugins. Got the unsubscribe to work but I get the error when unsubscribe This link is not active on newsletter preview

    You can send a test message to test subscriber to have the real working link.

    Hello,

    you’re displaying that message because you’re testing the newsletter, and therefore it’s only a preview. Please set up a test subcriber (which can of course be yourself) and perform a real sending test. In this way, you’ll be able to test unsubscribe links properly.
