two step unsubscribe does not work

Hello, I have a problem with the two-step unsubscribe process. It is not applied, and it always uses the one-step unsubscribe. The problem now is that subscribers have the problem that they are automatically unsubscribed when a newsletter is delivered.
Can anyone help?

when you say “it is not applied”, do you say that because users keep getting unsubscribed? If that so, we are aware of this issue and we’re working on a solution. If you’re willing to help us, it would be of great help if you could collect the IP of some of these users, and sent them to us at michael@thenewsletterplugin.com

the reason behind this is aggressive automatic spam filters set in place by various providers, lately. Two step unsubscription should work in most cases, but we are aware of this issue. If you’re willing to help us, it would be of great help if you could collect the IP of some of these users, and sent them to us at michael@thenewsletterplugin.com
