    On this site: avbrief.com, at the very bottom, left corner, there is an “x” that is coming from this:

    <div id=”tnp-modal”>
    <div id=”tnp-modal-content”>
    <div id=”tnp-modal-close”>×</div>
    <div id=”tnp-modal-body”>
    </div>
    </div>
    </div>

    I have a Leads Addon popup form on this site, but I can’t figure out where this errant ‘x’ is coming from.

    Hello,

    I took a look at your website but unfortunately wasn’t able to reproduce this issue. The modal opened just fine, and I could see no errant X at the bottom of the page. Could you please send me a screenshot of that, maybe?

    Thanks,
    Michael

    Hi Michael, yes:

    I just realized it’s only seen by users who are logged in. If you create an account, you should be able to see it.

    Hello,

    I created an account but unfortunately I couldn’t see that issue. Which browser are you using? Also, which version of Newsletter and Leads addon are you currently on?

    Hello Omar,

    I succeeded in replicating the issue. I confirm this. Unfortunately, this is not caused by our plugin itself, it is probably another plugin / theme conflicting. There is no easy way to troubleshoot this, but I suggest you to do the following: briefly deactivate plugins one by one (not our addons) and check if the closing “x” disappear by doing a page refresh after each deactivation. Also remember to flush cache if you have that in place.

    Michael
