    I have purchased the premium plugin recently and raised a ticket for helping with my issue or query. 16 hours passed, no response yet. Is this kind of premium support we expect on the premium plugin?
    It says with the premium plugin you get Priority support system. If this way your Priority support system works, then it is really sad.
