The plugin won’t send emails to test subscribers

I have a newsletter to send, and I want to send it to my usual test subscriber (me) first—an Apple email address. The email is not being sent. I ran a test email delivery, and the test newsletter is sent and received okay to the same email address. I use Brevo as my SMTP provider. This has worked well in the past, but has now stopped working. I don’t want to send the newsletter until I know the test subscriber works correctly.

are you using Brevo through our official addon? The test delivery you mentioned, is it the one available from the newsletter creation panel or the one in Help > Delivery panel?

Thank you for your reply. I had to urgently get the newsletter out, so I created it on Brevo. I can’t remember where the test was now, but it was on a diagnostic panel somewhere. It worked. Sadly, I’ve had to remove Newsletter plugin for now. I tried the test from the Newsletter creation page, but it just hung.

Please close this ticket as I won’t be using the Newsletter plugin from now on.
