    Hello,

    Since I updated The Newsletter Plugin to version 9.0.0, I’ve been experiencing some issues.
    When I create a newsletter, I always send a test email first. However, this test email no longer arrives.
    If I skip the test email and send the newsletter to all subscribers instead, it does get delivered — but the problem then is that the template doesn’t display; it only shows as plain text.

    Has anyone else been experiencing this issue since the update?

    Hi, the update should not affect the messages. Could you send a test from Help/Sending?

    Thanks for the update. That did the trick!
    The test email works, and the plain text issue is resolved.
