Text outside of placeholders on subscription form

Hi there

I’ve made about 20 rather similar websites for a client, and I’ve used a basic subscription form in a widget on the frontpage of each site. On some of the sites, the text is placed perfectly within the placeholders, but on other sites, it’s outside the placeholders, which doesn’t look good at all on these sites. As far as I can see, everything is set up the same way, so what has gone wrong and what can I do to fix it?
