    Hi

    I have about 50 subscribers and have created an newsletter to send to them. The newsletter starts with a greeting to the subscriber like this Dear {name} {Surname}, so in theory should display the subscribers firstname, lastname for the test subscriber. However when I send it all the newsletter is fine except that the name and surname are missing even though the subscriber first/lastname are in the subscriber record. I just get “Dear ,” showing when email recieved.

    Am I doing something wrong? Any help would greatly appreciated ?

    Hi, be sure your test subscribers have the first and last name, anche be sure to use lowercase tags: {name} and not {Name}.

    Thank you that worked, I was using uppercase first letter ! This is an excellent easy to use plugin and I am very impressed with your support too. Many thanks 🙂
