    For the last three newsletters I have sent out, I am only getting the total sent piechart in my statistics window.
    When I open the analytics of any of these three newsletters, it presents 0 as the value for ‘open’ ‘click’ and ‘reactivlity’ with only the ‘reach’ value showing how many emails were sent.

    Prior to the last three news letters, I was seeing accurate feedback of a successful campaign using the same mailing list.

    Can anyone help me work out why the analytics are not retrieving this data anymore? (I know that the emails are being opened and read as I am receiving responses from our readers).

    Hi, there is a possibility that all your emails have been dropped by your provider.
    When you send a test from Help/Sending, do you receive the email? Or get some error?

    An alternative problem could be the curruption of the tables: check the Help/System/Database, do you see any error/warning?
