Hi, my customer has sent test newsletter to some internal emails. Account firstname.lastname@example.org gets test emails, while account email@example.com doesn’t.
I tried the status panel, with those emails, with external emails, but animazione@ never gets emails.
Other infos: the sender address and the receiver address are different (the sender is info@); we tried a forward to an external email of animazione@ (every email sent to animazione@ are forwarded to external email) but emails are not forwarded, which means the server doesn’t get them, I suppose.
Log files won’t report errors or helpful notices.
Spam folder doesn’t contain emails sent.
Any other try we can do?
