Snippet is not processed

Dear All,
I have installed the Woody Snippets Plugin, as to place content there and transclude it into both a page on my site and to the newsletter.
However, if I enter [wbcr_html_snippet id=”3066″] into the newsletter source code of the letter, the raw call is shown instead of the snippet content.
Can you please tell me, how to transclude content into newsletters?
