SMTP Plugin Tests Work, But Test Emails From Newsletter Plugin Fail

I’ve tried everything to get the plugin to send test emails with no joy. My test messages work with no problem from the SMTP plugin but tests from The Newsletter plugin don’t go out. I checked the logs and I’m getting this funky error.

Is this what’s causing the issue? I’m stuck. I need help. What should I do.
