Sidebar is not visible

Hi there!

I’ve tried to use your Newsletter Plugin in a few WP-installations. Now, I wanted to create a newsletter by using the responsive drag&drop composer. But the sidebar is hidden. Can you give me a hint how to make the sidebar visible?
In every WP-installation I use WP 4.7.2.

Probably there is another plugin injecting styles in our pages which hide the sicebar. Can you share a screenshot? Anyway the only solution id to debug the page, I can do it with an administrative account. If you want, contact me privately at stefano@thenewsletterplugin.com.

I’ve expected your answer. Hence I’ve opened a new test website only with WP 4.7.2 and the newsletter plugin. Same issue: there is no sidebar.
Shall I send you an account anyway? But there is nothing really extraordinary.

when klicking the composer, shortly for a second you can see the sidebar.

Any idea what to do?

Hi,

the same for me. I do not see the sidebar. I used different browsers and also WP with installed 3rd party themes and for testing with a plain WP.

Can you please provide some hints how to fix this?
