shortcode newbie

Hi I’m trying to embed the subscription form into a popup. When I use [newsletter_form] I only get a box for the email and a subscribe button. I’d like to also request the first name in a box on the subscription form like on the shortcode documentation page. Sorry for being such a noob.

Have you setup the form fields in the config panel?

I think so. I have: subscription form fields and layout>main profile fields>email, first name=required, last name=required. Is that what you mean?
