ParticipantI usually send my newsletter by scheduling it at 9PM and it works perfectly.
As I needed to send one over multiple days, I tried activating the “Sending time window” option in Settings > sending, to send it between 9 PM and 3AM.
This prevented the newsletter to be sent at all. Newsletter got stuck with status “Sending” but no email was ever delivered.
What could be the cause of that ?
ThanksJune 30, 2026 at 5:14 pm #357455Michael
KeymasterHello Stephane,
sorry for the delay. I’ll check this with our devs and get back to you. We never saw this kind of behaviour so we’ll need to investigate a bit.Michael

ParticipantHi,
I can’t seem to be able to add images to this thread? But in text version the settings would be (if you mean the settings in Settings > Sending):Max emails per hour
50 (min. 12)Delay between emails
0 millisecondsSending time window
Enabled
from 21:00 to 07:00July 7, 2026 at 2:21 pm #357599Michael
KeymasterHello Stephanie,
those settings seem ok, another couple of questions:
1. Are the date/hour/timezone settings in your website right? You can check those from WordPress settings.
2. When you hit send, is the sending counter progressing or does it stay stuck on 0/0 ?Michael

KeymasterHello Stephane,
we’re still checking for potential issues in send time window feature, I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

KeymasterHi,
if your counter is 0/0 it means there are no targeted subscribers (and the newsletter should be set as sent almost immediately). The counter should be 0/nnn.Could you check the targeting criteria set on that newsletter?

ParticipantHi,
I said 0/0 because that’s what Michael wrote, but the counter is 0/nnn.July 15, 2026 at 8:51 pm #357735Stefano
KeymasterOk, since the time window is ok and you don’t have a message on the admin side about the scheduler not working, could you check on Help/Scheduler if something is reported?
Then you should enable the debug logging, changing the logging level on Settings/Advanced to “debug”.If there is a newsletter in Sending status, a log file should be generated and readabel under Help/Logs, named “engine-xxx.txt”. There we can find information about the engine (if it’s running, possible blocks, and the like).
Could you even check if you have an old extension/addon named “Newsletter Speedcontrol” installed? It’s improbable, but…
