Hi,
since 2 days I’m experiencing a weird issue.
When a delivery is running, it stops after sending the first email
SMTP works fine, all is OK. I also tried to deactivate/activate the Newletter Plugin or create a new newsletter.I noticed that on the PARAMETERS BOX there is a value which I don’t underdstan:
>> Engine lock 1727245511
In other website I use the same plugin and the Engine lock is ZERO.
On LOGS I have this:
25-09-2024 08:25:08 – FATAL – 8.5.1 – 11,6 MB/256 MB – [cron] > Delivery engine lock already set: can be due to concurrente executions or fatal error during deliveryCan anyone help me please?
Thank you very muchSeptember 25, 2024 at 10:44 am #332611MichaelKeymasterHello,

S.September 25, 2024 at 2:04 pm #332624MichaelKeymasterHello,
try to enable debug mode in Settings > General > Advances and see if it catches any more specific php error. You’d need to have a newsletter sending and wait for cron to run (approx every 5 mins). Get back to me with any results.
