Send On date and time not working

Hello,

I’m new to the plugin so this may be an easy fix. I scheduled a newsletter to be sent this morning, 1-15-18 at 9am but it did not send. I sent it manually but want to check that this should have happened automatically. Did I set something up incorrectly? Please advise how to make this work for me in the future.

Did you press the send button once finished to configure the newsletter? Otherwise it has not been scheduled.
