Send email to custom list of email addresses

Hi,

Goal: Send one email manually to a few hundred email addresses.

Reason: Mail server messed up and half the subscribers did not get the last newsletter.

Progess:
I did not find anything that helps me send an email/newsletter to just a specific list of email addresses that I paste in.
I tried creating a new list but I cannot bulk import email addreses into there. I can only import subscribers and then assign a list to each subscribers manually. (wtf?!)

How can this be achieved?

Is there no feature like this in the plugin? Or am I missing something?
I have this use case because of that specific reason, but I can image many reasons why somebody would want to use the plugin to start an automatic email sending process to a manually specified list of subscribers.
