Hello,
I have created a schedule where 161 subscriptions are currently listed. Will the new subscriptions be counted retrospectively as long as the newsletter has not yet been sent? Because the schedule currently says 161 although 163 subscriptions are listed.

No, you can create newsletters and have them sent out on a specific day at a specific time. Works without an add-on.
Hello,
sorry, I misunderstood your request. Subscribers acquired after saving the schedule will be added to the sending queue (if not other targetization is selected). Counter will update after sending is over.
