I am constantly getting this message. I did everything it said to do and I still cannot get my newsletter to run. I clicked on the Trigger the delivery engine and nothing happens.
My host updated the PHP Memory Limit to 128mb for me and it still says that the limit in the plugin is only 40, which I think is a plugin issue because I verified the PHP.ini file myself.
Any help would be great.
Have you set and external cron trigger for wordpress?

you can ask the provider or use and external service (few listed on the bottom of the documentation page).
