Guys we have been stuck with the below error for weeks and unable to send out our newsletter. Can we please get help? This is really urgent. We have tried all the other options suggested but still nothing.

Hi, did you try the setup of an external cron trigger as explained in the page referenced by the warning message?

The best choice is to ask the provider to set up a cron call; if that is not available, you can use the cron-jobs.org service, for example.
