When scheduling an email to go out, it is not clear which time zone is being used, and one might assume that it is the WP local time being referenced, but I think it would be helpful to show the user what time TNP thinks it is RIGHT NOW – or say (WP Time Setting/Location) – e.g. Los Angeles or -8GMT
I think it would also be easier to use am and pm designations instead of military time format.
My feature request is that there are more increments available, I would want :15, :30 and :45 added at a minimum, even more granular controls would be appreciated though. I do realize that setting this time is to start the job and doesn’t control when email is actually delivered, but it is still helpful to start a job not on the hour at times, depending on list size.
