    the error speaks for itself: too many of your sent emails are getting bounced. Which service are you sending with?

    and also how come 100% of the emails bounced back when these are valid email from clients

    Hello,

    you should ask your provider for errors, if all emails bounce back there’s probably some misconfiguration at server level.

    We didn’t connect any provider account, we are sending directly from your app/plugins. If ever what is that provider that you’re pertaining to. Thank You!

    Hello,

    I meant, contact your hosting provider. That’s how you’re sending mails currently. Our plugin doesn’t send anything on its own, it relies on the selected sending engine, like the website itself, external sending services and so on.
