Saltutation with CF7 / Anrede mit CF7

Hello,

i use WP CF7. I want to sync the salutation. But how.

My CF7 looks like:
[select* ANREDE include_blank “Frau” “Herr”]

But in My Newsletter-Mail – {title} is not Frau or Herr. Its “Dear”. How can i change this?

There is no mapping with cf7 salutation and newsletter title, which depends on the gender.
