Restrict delivery time

Hi all,
I’m using an external smtp and an external cron service, the Plugin is registered as premium.
I want send newsletters only in this time window Tu-We-Th 1-5 pm, please what is the right way to obtain this configuration?
Now I have the cron running only in these days/hours but it affects the other WP tasks.

Hi, we do not have an option to limit the delivery for those timeframes.
