Responsive Drag & Drop Composer

Dear Sir or Madam,
I’ve recently downloaded and activated your plugin.
To create a new newsletter, I would like to enter the Responsive Drag & Drop Composer area.
After I have opened the site I am missing however on the left side the ‘blockelemente’.

I can see the following information in the php logfile:

Could you please help, that the block element will be available for me?

It seems the block folder is not readable or the plugin is not completely installed, Try to reinstall.
