Re-send newsletter to only one subscriber

I have done my first mailing in newsletter. Then I needed to re-send the newsletter once more but only to one specific user. I selected the relevant newsletter, clicked “Edit” and selected the tab “Targeting”. Here I wanted to change the filter. The problem is that I can only make the selection based on the lists, the gender and status. But in my case I could not use this since it would select more subscribers than just the one I want to target. It would be nice if I could just enter a single email address in the targeting tab to be used as a filter. Or is there another way of achieving this goal that I have not found out?

Did you find a way to do this? I want to send a previous newsletter to one of my new subscribers.

I’m thinking maybe I could create a temporary new list for that single subscriber, duplicate the newsletter, and send to that new list?
