Problems with links

Good Morning,
I have a problem when entering the links in the Newsletter since it converts the start of the link into ../ by doing this the links are not seen abroad. How can I remedy this problem?

Check your wp-config.php for forced urls like the wp_content_url or like.

Could you explain something else about forcing the url? Since the problem arises when putting a link that instead of appears https://www.pagina.com/wp-content appears ../ wp-content / … so when sending the newsletter the links do not work, when the beginning of the url disappears.
