Hello all,
I have an issue with my un-subscription and links. Links at the bottom of the footer do not navigate anywhere, rather to a page with the 404 error. The only way to unsubscribe is for users to track their welcome email and go to their profile and find the unsubscribe link.
I created a new page and enter the unsubscribe url shortcake, but to no avail.
The other links at the footer do not work either, but all other links work.This leaves the only option for subscribers to unsubscribe to find the old welcome email and go that way, or contact me to remove their email manually.
How can I go about fixing this? Thank you.
Hi, could you forward to test@thenewsletterplugin.com a not-working newsletter? The link in the welcome email and the link on newsletter, for the same subscriber, should be identical.
