    Hello,

    When I configure the new welcome message email to my custom taste, when I save the changes and test, it sends the basic email that is already pre configured by default.

    Is there any problem or error about this?

    Hello, yes, somebody actually helps on this forum : )

    About your issue: are you sure you are editing the welcome message email and not the welcome page?
