Problem with shortcodes

Hello!

First of all: Thank you for that plugin!

I have a problem: I designed the email template (NOT wp-content/plugins/newsletter/subscription/email.php!) and activated it. I use {unsubscription_url} and {profile_url} shortcodes. If I send a testmail of that template, all works fine.

BUT: Sending a testmail of LIST BUILDING/WELCOME, the shortcodes of the template are not replaced by URLs. Within the Welcome text, shortcodes are replaced.

How can I solve this?

Hi, test email probably are not associated to a user so the placeholders cannot be replaced. Test with a real subscription.

thanks a lot for your answer, but I think my problem is solved. I’m a new user of newsletter-plugin and I just found the template-organisation of Newsletters.

I thought the service-template is also the template for newsletters…

Well, it is written there, that the template is used for service-infos… :-/
