Problem with Shortcode [newsletter_profile]

Hello,

I have a problem with the shortcode [newsletter_profile].
I am running a site which can be accessed by identified members only. Into a page with some explanation about newsletters subscription I put this shortcode.
When a member goes to this page, he/she sees the mail adress of the last member having been created into the suscriber list and, I am afraid, the subscribtion of this member…how to avoid this in order that he/she sees his/her info?

To complement information above, it seems that this problem appears on Firefox PC and not on Firefox Android nor Chrome on PC.

Hope that someone will have an idea (to request to my users to clean their local cache is not an option as I have tried on my side to clean mine without effect on this problem).
