Privacy matter: your access to the submitted data as third party

Hello, I’m writing to ask you about the content of our privacy statement: since we collect our readers’ data through your plugin, we are supposed to tell our subscribers that our company is not the only one receiving the information they submit: we should mention you as a third party. I couldn’t find any official privacy statement from your company related to what data you collect through your plugin and for what use.
