I bought the plugin and I have the priority ticket support system. However I wrote several tickets few days ago and still nobody answered.
It looks like that the free forum questions are assessed much faster than the ticket support for paying customers.
Hi, the ticket system is working, I’ll check you account and your tickets may be there were not notified problems.
another problem is here… I marked the checkbox “Notify me of follow-up replies via email” when I created this thread, but I was not notified about your reply.
Nor even in the spam folder.
Hi, I wrote to you a mail yesterday and a ticket today morning. Can you please take a look at ticket #29382 ?
