Possiblity to make several groups of customers

Hello, as newbee I am looking for a solution to upload via CSV file several groups of customers. When create a newsletter I want to select a specific group of customers that will receive that newsletter.
But can not find it in the plugin.

Maybe the List is an option. But I cant find example(s) to specify user groups.
Now everybody gets the newsletter what is not the goal.

Hope somebody can help me finding a solution.

You can setup the lists and when you upload you CSV select the list to associate to that specifc import.

Can you send me a link to an example. Would be very helpful.
Is the group when in a list to find in a table field? And in what field is it saved?
I like to understand how your code handle this.
