    I have several plugs for Newsletter (Automated Extension for Newsletter,Facebook Extension for Newsletter,Newsletter Reports Extension) that are showing updates available, however, when update is ran, they return and error (Update Failed: Download failed. Payment Required). I cannot find anywhere to purchase or renew the licenses.

    Hi, if you have those extension you should have a license (see the account page in this site) and you can renew directly from the account page.
