padding input field

hi there

i’ve updated my wp installation today to the most recent versions, including avada theme and all plugins.

on a quick look, everything seems to be fine, except the input field behaviour of my newsletter signup form which is intergrated in the footer widget the standard {subscription_form} way on http://www.thurartmanufacture.ch.

the text of the input field is now no longer showing properly. it looks like there would be kind of a massive padding be overlayed on the text input and as well on the visible line of the dropdown menue (gender selection). see my screenshot here: http:/www.biaggi.ch/forumlinks/input_nok.jpg

is there any issue known with regards to this issue? maybe in combination with i.e. avada theme?

i’ve done some further testing and figured out, that in firefox 50.1.0 both field types (drop down and text input) are not working fine:

but on chrome 55.0, the text seems to be fine on input text fields, but still not on the drop down menue: http://www.biaggi.ch/forumlinks/input_nok_chrome.jpg
