Stats say that I had lots of opens and clicks but when I try to sort under subscribers to see who opened and who clicked it shows nothing.

what do you mean “under subscribers” ? There is no sorting available there, can you tell us the specific page you’re having issues with? (you can copy paste the url here, even hiding your website domain).Michael

I’m on the stats page of a newsletter on the Subscriber tab where if I choose ‘Open or Clicked’ it shows no users/followers however there is a list of clicked URLs on the ‘Links’ tab. Thanks for any help you can give me!
