    Hello,

Our newsletter plugin is not working. We can do a test email from the diagnostics area but it comes through as:

“This sender failed our fraud detection checks and may not be who they appear to be. Learn about spoofing at http://aka.ms/LearnAboutSpoofing”

We also try a test newsletter and send that to the test accounts. The plugin reports that it is being sent and even lists the test email account that it was sent to, but nothing appears.

We also try a newsletter to 3 separate test emails (that are not listed in the plug in as test email accounts, but are separate email accounts we use) and then send the newsletter to those email accounts. The newsletter reports that it is sent, but no email ever appears in the email accounts.

We have tried the config item of sending directly or not direct and that doesn’t make any difference. Bottom line, nothing is sent, or it is lost in the process.

One thing though, the emails for our domain are managed by Office 365 (as part of our Office 365 subscription). I do not know if this is causing our emails to be lost in the ether and being marked as spoofed or not.

Can you please provide guidance. We are trying to send an organisational Christmas message out to our clients but are unable to do so.
