Not automatically imported subscribers

Hi all,

I regularly receive the confirmation emails of new subscribers but basically they are not automatically added to the list.

So, I have to import the subscribers emails into the “import section” of newsletterplugin through a “copy and paste” procedure.

Can someone help me with this? This should be automatic.

Hi, what do you mean with “not imported”? The subscribers are registered into the database to be subsequently confirmed. How did you find out they are not registered? From the subscriber panel?

Hi Stefano,

no confirmation is required. If I look into the subscribers details in the plugin panel, I can notice that none of those who I receive the registration email confirmation are actually in the list of the subscribers.
For this reason I have to copy and paste manually and import the emails into the subscribers list.
