No send- and save-button

Hi,
when I write a new newsletter, I can’t see the buttons (sent, test, save) over the editor. So I can’t save or send it.
I’m using the newest version. I have tried with deactivated other plugins, with the same result.

What can I do?

Write me privately at stefano@thenewsletterplugin.com and give me an account to check that panel. Surely there is a third party style which is hiding the buttons.
