No page after clicking on “subscribe”

Hi everyone. I have a problem, until what day ago, who signed up for the newsletter by clicking on the “subscribe” button, was redirected to a “basic” page with the words “thank you for registering” … the page I wanted to change it , but not having time I had left it. Now unfortunately it does not appear anymore, you click on the button, you are registered for the newsletter, but the page remains blank, for a few minutes and then Error 500 … does not find the page .. what happened? where do i find this page? this link? how do i edit it?

Good morning and good start of the week.
I did some rehearsals over the weekend, but nothing. I also tried to delete and then install the script again but nothing.

Can anyone help me? the developers of this script? can they help me?

I was happy with it, I would not want to delete it and start over with a new script for the newsletter …
