    I’ve logged on to TheNewsletterPlugin.com, and gone to “Tickets”, clicked “Create a new Ticket”, but there is only a notice, but no functionality to create a New Ticket on that webpage.

    Hello,

    support tickets are reserved to paying customers. Do you have a valid license?
