Newsletter unsubscription does not work if you are logged out of WordPress

Hello everyone,

we have a problem with the plugin.
We included the shortcode [newsletter] on a blank page.
If we are logged in to WordPress and click on the “Unsubscribe” button in an email, we will be redirected to the page and the correct unsubscribe text with unsubscribe link will be generated and displayed.
If we are not logged in to WordPress, this does not work and only the form for registering for the newsletter is generated on the page.
This is a very big problem because it means our subscribers cannot unsubscribe.

We have already switched off and tested all caching plugins. Unfortunately without success.

System:
WordPress 6.4.2

It could be a cache problem, try to deactivate the cache for the Newsletter’s dedicated page.

We have deactivated the caching plugin sitewide. However, the error remains. Could it be the template?

Hi, could be. But is sounds more like to be a caching problem. Are you sure there is not a frontend cache (not installed in the blog), like Cloudfront, varnish or similar?
