Hello,
Just started translating the plugin at translate.wordpress.com
Also added translation in /wp-content/plugins/newsletter/subscription/languages/ro_RO.php.
The wp-config.php has the “define (‘WPLANG’, ‘ro_RO’);” line.
After update, ro_RO.php was deleted. Uploaded ro_RO.php, but the translation is not working (the messagge
“You have successfully subscribed to the newsletter. You’ll receive” is still in the english language.
Anny idea?

Those messages, being specific to the communication model of each blogger, can be set on subscription configuration panel. Text on php files are used only for the first time initialization.
Anyway we’re adding all those messages to translate.wordpress.org, keep your translations so they can be moved there.
