Newsletter Plugin doesnt work at all for my site

Hello I am desperate. I want to use the plugin but its not sending and shows me the following error: ”The WP scheduler doesn’t seem to be running correctly for Newsletter. Read this page to solve the problem.”

I contacted the hosting provider (Namecheap) several times but they all said its all good on server site. I showed them the error page, everything. nThey set up an cron job for me.
They say I should contact the plugin developer. They hink a plugin could also interfere with it.

I connected the plugin through SMTP authentication and set delivery speed to max 40/hour and yet its sending maybe 1 email/hour. Its sending but ultra slow and impossible to work with.

Please help me. I am completely desperated.

Hi, be sure you set the speed on main Newsletter settings and not have admin notices about the corn system not working. See the system panels for more diagnostic.
