We had two newsletters that were supposed to go out last week.
According to the plugin on the backside of our website, the newsletters went out to all subscribers. However, no one received them. We checked with multiple people and the newsletter did not make it to anyone.
In addition, the back end of the plug in says that it was sent to everyone but that no one opened the email which cannot be true.
Why did this happen?
